Narvasa said he did not like what Jamito did in the Slam Dunk Contest

PBA Commissioner Chito Narvasa said he did not like what Jamito did in the Slam Dunk Contest in Lucena.

Ginebra rookie Jammer Jamito draws laughter to the fans after pretending that he will jump over his 6-foot 9 teammate Japeth Aguilar. Jamito sidesteps instead of jumping over Aguilar, many fans are entertained and the dunk got so much attention on social media.

According to a report in philstar.net, Narvasa said that Jamito could no longer participate in the slam dunk contest. "He wasted the opportunity to show that he belongs (in the slam dunk contest)".

"Hindi na siya makakaulit" Narvasa said.

Narvasa also said that he wants a competitive all-star game. The commissioner don't want to see the players relax in the all-star games to make the fans more entertained. Which is very unlikely for an all-star game.

For me this vision is not good. If the fans want a competitive game they should watch a regular PBA game.
